Providence Personal Care Home in Union City, Ga was possibly one of the most dishonest places for the elderly and sick. Every interaction I had with the workers there felt filled with trickery. They employ full-time caretakers but their level of patient care is lacking. I found out my mom, who was a resident at Providence, wasn't kept clean. They gave off the impression she was well-taken care of, but the staff's misleading tactics can fool anyone. And they've even avoided giving back the remaining portion of the care deposit.

My mom has memory problems, and I hoped they’d keep her engaged. Unfortunately, they don’t do much. During the interview, they promised weekly games and activities, but all they really do is celebrate birthdays with dinner.
