"Good value and well-managed, despite recent management changes."
I suggest considering this community for your loved one. It's a good value compared to others I've seen. It seems well-managed overall, despite some bumps during a management change.

"Poor Staffing and Misrepresentation Hurts APFM's Reputation"
APFM should stop endorsing this place. They no longer use APFM for recommendations but are okay with accepting clients from your site. Please remove them from your website. Ever since ALG took over, they don't have enough staff. They are relying on cooks and activity coordinators who have no experience. This is giving APFM a bad reputation. They need to be removed immediately!

"Safety First: Clean, Friendly Assisted Living"
The place is super clean and everyone's nice. During COVID, we could only wave through a window. Kept us safe!

"Family Seeking Better Care for Grandpa at Assisted Living Facility"
My grandpa lives at Provident Village right now, but we're trying to find him a different place. He's been there for quite a while, but things have really gone downhill lately under the new people in charge. Because he's in hospice, he needs lots of care. We were allowed to visit him, even during the covid-19 pandemic, as long as we stuck by the rules, which I totally understand. But since March, he's lost 30lbs. We can't go to the cafeteria with him anymore to make sure he eats his meals. We used to bring him food, but they won't let us do that now. It's just not right, because they're not checking if he eats enough. When we'd visit, we saw his oxygen was sometimes off, which scares me. I worry he's not getting his medicine right. It's problems like these that make me rate Provident Village so low. It costs $5400.

"Clean and Friendly, but Lacks Privacy"
This place is super clean and friendly. Talking to the staff was a highlight. The only downside is the open studios – the one bedrooms lack privacy. Still considering it.

"Unkept Facility, Unprofessional Staff Cost Us $2000"
The Memory Care unit at this assisted living place was messy and the staff acted unprofessionally. They didn't provide the care they vowed to, nor did they try to correct their wrongs. Our mom was moved out from there. They made us provide a 30-day notice after we had only stayed here for 15 days. On top of that, we even lost the $2000 fee we paid when we initially moved in. This pretty much sums up how bad this facility and the staff are.

"Friendly Staff, TV Issues, and Overall Satisfaction at Coventry Place"
Everyone’s friendly, but TV service needs fixing. Food could be better. Overall, we’re happy. Would recommend Coventry Place.

"You've found a wonderful place!"
When I arrived for a tour, I met []. She was very friendly and professional, making me feel welcome! The first thing I noticed, which was different from other places I visited, was that the residents were smiling and HAPPY!!! The facility is beautiful, and the staff is all so friendly!!! Unfortunately, my mother passed away before she could stay, but I would have been so happy and relieved to have her there. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Great job, Provident Village!

"Highly recommend this wonderful community!"
They are taking great care of my husband at Provident Village at Creekside. The staff is very friendly and welcomes family and friends when we visit. The food is delicious; I’ve dined with him several times. I really enjoy the special days when they dress up in costumes and serve themed food. They provide activities for the residents, and the staff encourages everyone to join in. There’s a terrace area where residents can go outside and enjoy the fresh air. He loves his room, and we were so glad we could bring his furniture and pictures to make it feel more like home. We couldn’t do that in the last community. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

"Decent but Overpriced and Not Ideal for Mobility Issues"
The building seemed pretty new and attractive, but it's a two-floor place. That would've been difficult for my family member. Besides, this place costs more than we hoped for.

"A Wonderful Turnaround"
My mom moved to Provident at Creekside feeling really down and wasn't eating or drinking. After about a month, she's doing so much better. She's eating well and her mood has improved a lot. She's even joining in on some activities. The best part is, every time I visit, she says she loves it here! It doesn't get better than that!

"Perfect Place for Mom's Forever Home"
We were really lucky to find this amazing place for our mom. She says this is where she wants to stay forever. The staff is great and very caring. Mom wasn’t happy at the other two assisted living places in Atlanta, but now we feel relaxed knowing she’s in such a wonderful spot.

"Exceptional Care for Loved Ones"
My mom moved to Providence Village at Creekside this year from another state. The whole team made sure everything went smoothly. The people in charge of administration and nursing were really nice and made sure we stayed in the loop. The folks who take care of the buildings were also super helpful and polite. The food choices were much better than we expected, and the place itself is great. The nurses and caregivers are truly caring and want my mom to be well. I'm happy with our experience here and glad we picked this place.

"Provident Village at Creekside is a wonderful place for Mom"
The staff at Provident Village at Creekside has been amazing during this whole change for my family. The place is beautiful and well-maintained. You can really tell that the staff cares about the residents and wants them to be happy and healthy in their new home. Everyone, from the directors to the nursing staff and activities coordinators, does a fantastic job. We are so grateful we found Provident Village at Creekside just when we needed it! My mom is well taken care of, safe, loved, and gets to join in fun activities every day. The location is perfect for us to visit several times a week, and every time we go, we feel so lucky to have found this lovely place with such caring staff for my mom.

"Provident Village brings love, care, and peace to families!"
Change can be tough for anyone, especially for aging parents. The whole team at Provident Village has made my dad feel uplifted and helped my mom understand that their staff is like an extension of our family. In just two weeks, both of my parents have thrived thanks to our new family at Provident Village at Creekside. Now, the rest of our family can live our lives more peacefully, knowing Dad is getting the best care possible.

"Facility Clean But Unsafe and Understaffed "
This place is fresh and clean, but the building's already showing signs of physical issues. It doesn't seem like there're enough workers, as you rarely see them. This makes me super worried about how safe the folks living there are. I've seen the head honcho of the place being plain mean to the residents too. I actually had to chat with the folks working there about upping their game for the people living there, 'cause fun activities and trips out are pretty much zero. Things have improved just a smidge since then.

The staff at Provident is super friendly and welcoming. Mom says everyone is nice. She is mostly happy with the food. There are lots of fun activities and outings in the memory care area. Mom loves to play bingo. The community is new and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
