"Warm and Welcoming Home-Like Assisted Living Facility"
This place is really nice. It feels just like home, and everyone here is like family. I've been to a bunch of big and small places, but this visit was the best. The person in charge here is amazing their heart and passion for this place really show.

"Cozy Home for Mom"
This place felt really cozy, like a second home. [Removed] is coming to check it out for my mom to see if she'd like it here.

"Smaller Home, Personalized Care, But Pricing Similar to Larger Facilities"
This is a smaller home, with only 2-3 residents at most. It's actually in a real house, which might make the transition easier for someone moving from their own home. The setting is less formal, and the activities are based on the interests of the current residents. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the caregiver is very down-to-earth. You can visit anytime, and the caregiver is willing to adjust her care based on our requests. She’s also flexible when it comes to making decisions about care after we talk with her doctor. The only downside is the cost. It’s the same as a larger facility like Emeritus, but for that price, we don’t get the same qualifications in staff, food choices, or guaranteed activities. There’s also no on-site x-ray, physical therapy, or psych nursing, and fewer residents for our loved one to interact with. While it may not be a huge issue, it seems like the prices should be lower compared to the bigger, more equipped places.

"Private Room at $3200. New Caregiver; pricey and uncertain."
A private room is available for $3200. The caregiver has only been there for 6 weeks. It's too pricey and there's not enough known about the caregiver.
