"Small facility, challenging transportation."
The place was alright, but it's too small for us. Transportation to the doctor is difficult.

"Mistreated at Misadvertised Assisted Living Facility"
This place was nothing like the ad said! The floor covering in my room was all damp and soaking. They told me it was because they had cleaned in the morning. Turns out, it was because the toilet was busted. The boss lady was the only person working there. The only way she could hear anything going on was with a baby monitor. Problem was, she couldn't hear it when she was in the shower. They promised good, home-cooked meals. I got one. The food was just terrible. I wouldn't call it a safe place.
