"Limited Activities and Hospice Feel Deterred Comfortable Living"
I had a good tour of this care home. The lady who showed me around was really nice. The home looked well taken care of. Everything I saw looked nice and clean. It seemed like a safe place to live. However, it felt more like a hospice than a regular home. There weren't many activities available. I don't think my father would feel comfortable here. Overall, my tour was good, but this isn't the right place for my father.

"Not Ideal for Dad"
My visit to this care home went well. The lady who guided me was very kind, and the house seemed well-maintained. Everything looked clean and safe, but it felt more like a hospice. Unfortunately, there weren't many activities offered, and I didn't think it would be suitable for my father.

"Home... not Assisted Living"
We found Safe Haven by chance and are so happy we did. Mom was 94 and needed more help than a typical assisted living facility could provide, even with the highest level of care. We were told to hire private agencies at $15-17/hour, which we couldn't afford. We had never heard of a Personal Care Home before. With only six residents, Mom got all the care she needed and more. It was never just a facility to us; it was Mom's home. You should definitely tour Safe Haven before looking anywhere else. It's like no other place.

My mom, at 94, needed more personal care rather than an "active" senior living facility. Safe Haven was the perfect fit with a 1:6 staff-to-resident ratio. Most of the staff have worked there for several years, which is impressive in this industry. They focus on hiring staff with a positive attitude, and it really shows! If your loved one needs extra care, this place is a great alternative to a nursing home. We couldn’t be happier!

"Best Place in Atlanta for Seniors"
It's no exaggeration to say Safe Haven at Brookhaven is the best place in Atlanta for a senior to live. The owners spared no expense to create a beautiful home for residents. The staff is top-notch, both loving and professional. The staff-to-resident ratio is excellent, unlike more commercial facilities. Relatives often visit, and the staff knows them by name. I couldn’t have found a better place for my mom.

"Safe Haven: Comfort and Care Beyond Expectations for Mom's Final Days"
Safe Haven is definitely the best assisted living facility in the Atlanta area. Walking into Safe Haven felt like coming home. It was the first time in months that I could sleep well, knowing Mom was getting excellent care. The staff at Safe Haven quickly felt like family to us, and they always knew exactly what Mom needed. I’m so thankful to the whole team for their love, support, and professional care during Mom’s last few months. They’ll always be part of our family.

"Wonderful While He Could Be There"
They were excellent, but my husband became too hard to handle as he aged. He became very belligerent, making it harder for them to care for him. When he first moved in, he loved it. It was a lovely place with nice people, a nice bedroom, excellent food, and activities. There was a lot for him to do, and he was able to do them then, but toward the end, he needed more care.

"A Must See to Believe!"
This is a top-notch place. Your loved one will be cared for in an exceptional way. True sense of security and outstanding care. They will feel like family here. Very clean with large private rooms and bathrooms. Respect and dignity for all residents at all times. I've seen many facilities in Atlanta, and this is the best. Highly recommend Safe Haven.

"The perfect place for my mom's care!"
While I was searching for a place for my mom, the larger facilities felt too big. When I walked into Safehaven at Brookhaven, I knew I had found the right place for her. She has been living there for 2 years now and is doing really well. The staff is truly wonderful. I would recommend Safehaven to any family looking for great senior care.
