"Assisted Living Tour Review"
During the tour, the place seemed kinda old. The decorations and rooms looked older and smaller. The tour guide was friendly. Some family friends had worries about it.

"Great place with friendly staff but medication handling needs improvement"
My aunt is thrilled to live here! The staff is friendly and really cares about the residents, making everyone feel loved. The food is great, and everyone is welcoming. The only issue is with how they handle medication. Sometimes it hasn’t been given correctly, and her medication has run out a few times. I’ve shared my concerns about this and hope it will get better soon.

"Savannah Court: A Top Choice for Seniors!"
My mom has called Savannah Court home for eight months now, and she absolutely loves it! She's always doing something fun with the activities they offer. Plus, she feels safe and secure. The staff is super kind and caring. If she ever needs something, they listen and help right away. And the food? Delicious! Three meals a day in the cafeteria, so she's never hungry. My siblings and I are so relieved knowing she's happy, taken care of, and never lonely.

"Cheerful Community with Average Staff and Abundant Activities!"
We visited this place. It wasn't quite right for my mom. The staff was okay. We hoped for a happier atmosphere. They had plenty of things to do. I think families would find good value here for their loved ones.

"Basic Facility with Room for Improvement"
I wasn’t wowed by the place it seemed pretty plain to me. The lady who showed us around was friendly, though. But, I wasn’t happy about how the staff had to search for a wheelchair. They had to go down to the basement, and it took them a whole 20 minutes to find one and bring it up. The shared spaces weren’t that great either just plain and not much to them. Sure, it was the least expensive option and not far away, but I wanted a place with more space. It’s the small details that really bugged me.

"Affordable, But Needs Improvement"
I wasn't wowed by this place because it seemed pretty plain. The lady who showed us around was friendly, though. What bothered me was that the employees had to search for a wheelchair. Also, I didn't see a lot of shared space and overall, everything looked really plain. It was the most affordable option and pretty close to us, but I wanted something on a bigger scale. These small issues really bothered me.

"Wonderful place with caring staff!"
My 83-year-old father spent his final days at Savannah Court. He was very unsure about moving to an assisted living facility. But as it became too dangerous for him to live alone, we needed to find a safe place nearby for him and for our family’s peace of mind. Savannah Court welcomed him with open arms. He was surprised at how nice everything was and how caring the staff were. He really enjoyed his time there. He told me that if he had known it was so great, he would have moved in sooner. I had lunch with him several times, and the food was very good. I highly recommend Savannah Court. They did everything to make sure my father was well cared for. The staff and memories of this wonderful place will always be in my heart.

We were really happy with this community. My loved one liked it a lot. He said the staff was awesome; they did a great job and were very nice and patient. The food was good, and we never had any complaints to bring up.

My mother has lived at Savannah Court of Milledgeville for more than two years. Since the new Executive Director came on board, I've noticed improvements in many areas, especially in the care my mother gets. I am very pleased with this place.

"Great Improvements!"
When my dad first moved to memory care, I worried about the program. The staff changed often, but they kept great people like Nurse Brandy and the maintenance director. They've gone above and beyond for Dad's hygiene. Now, I trust them to give me accurate information about his daily life. For the first time in years, I feel at peace knowing he's safe. His lab results improved a lot after six months, and he gained 14 pounds. Music therapy and Bible studies have helped his cognitive decline. Things are getting better with the new administration.

"Assisted Living Facility Makes Positive Changes, Continues Improving"
When my dad first moved into memory care, I worried about how good the program was. They listened to my worries and made changes to the staff often. But they kept some really good people like Brandy, my dad's nurse, who he really likes, and the maintenance director who has been super helpful with my dad's hygiene problems. Because my dad has memory issues, I need the staff to tell me what's really happening every day. Knowing he's safe gives me peace of mind for the first time in years. After six months, my dad's lab results got a lot better. He gained 14 pounds after losing a bunch of weight. The music therapy and Bible studies he does for his brain have really helped him. Things are still getting better with the new management.

"Very Disappointed with New Management"
New management and staff have really changed the facility. My review from two years ago was very positive, but things are different now. I had to report a health issue to the state of Georgia because it keeps coming up. My mom is now on a waitlist for a different facility and will move out as soon as there’s space.
