"Better than other facilities despite hiring issues"
I gave a 3 on cleanliness because I had to clean Grandpa's toilet area a few times. It's a nice place, and they care about their patients. They're still getting over the effects of Covid, like everyone else. They’re having trouble hiring and keeping workers, just like many other places. Overall, it's still better than the other two facilities we visited.

"Beautiful, Updated Facility with Great Amenities and Friendly Staff"
We visited this place a year ago when they were just starting their renovations. Now, the entire downstairs looks amazing. The dining rooms are all new there are two downstairs, and they even added a cool 50's-style diner with burgers and sandwiches. The new library is really nice, with about 5 or 6 computers for everyone to use. They also have a courtyard in the center with all new furniture and grills for outdoor BBQs. Plus, there's a space where families can host their own parties it has a big dining table, a full kitchen, and dishes, though there’s a 2-hour limit. The facility includes a full gym/therapy room, a beauty salon, and a doctor visits once a week. My mom was unsure about moving to a facility, but now she really enjoys it here. They’re planning some minor updates to the rooms, but we’re very happy with the staff, food, and the whole place. They regularly have outside entertainment, and Chick-fil-A comes twice a week. I hope this helps!

"Impressive Upgrades and Happy Residents at Local Assisted Living Facility"
We visited this place a year ago when they were just starting renovations. The entire downstairs has been updated and looks great now. They have new dining rooms, including a fun 50's-style diner serving burgers and sandwiches. The new library is fantastic, with 5 or 6 computers for everyone to use. They’ve also added a courtyard with new furniture and grills for outdoor barbecues. Families can book a special area for their own parties with a big dining table, full kitchen, and dishes, though there’s a 2-hour limit. There’s also a gym/therapy room, a beauty salon, and a doctor who visits weekly. My mom was initially reluctant to move in, but she’s now really enjoying it. While they plan to do some small updates to the rooms, we’ve been very happy with the staff, food, and the whole facility. They regularly host outside entertainment and even have Chick-fil-A coming in twice a week. I hope this helps.

"A Weekend Experience Review"
We checked out Sparks Inn for my mom's assisted living. We tried their weekend respite care. Beth was nice, friendly, and pro. Nurses were great with mom when needed. The room was tidy and comfy. Mom liked meeting others in her hall. She only did bingo, but had fun. They're fixing up the place, it'll look nice. Choosing this is personal. Not perfect for mom, but worth a visit.

"Helpful Staff and Clean Facility, Could Improve New Resident Integration"
I've had a good experience at Sparks Inn. The place looks really nice and is always kept clean. The staff are friendly and quick to help when you need something. One thing they could do better is helping new people feel at home here. It's a big place, and it can be tough to adjust if you're used to living by yourself. Just having someone show you around and help you get involved in activities during the first couple of weeks would make a big difference!
