"Low-quality care and leadership makes Tapestry a bad choice"
Tapestry's staff quits a lot, and the ones that stay aren't trained well. Even worse, they aren't nice to the people they're supposed to take care of, and they don't work hard. The boss doesn't know what he's doing, and the place isn't safe. I wouldn't tell anyone to put someone they love there.

"Small, Family-Owned Community with Impeccable Cleanliness"
Our family visited in person, and it was a great tour. The community is small, family-owned, and super clean.

"Needs More Staff and Better Training"
The place is alright, it’s peaceful and not sad-looking. They clean up once a week and they’re pretty good at it. Talking with the family is fine. The meals are tasty, with lots of different kinds. But they don’t have enough people working there and can’t do everything they promised. They really need to get more workers and teach them better. Some workers are awesome, but some just show up to get paid. I wouldn’t tell my friends or family to go here.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvements"
Our family visited the place in person. It seemed okay, but they made some new parts next to the old ones. We weren't very pleased with how they did it. The hallways became really long to go from one part to another. It wouldn't be easy for people with walkers. Also, it didn't smell very fresh.

"Nice, good value, but not right fit"
This community was nice and seemed like a good value. The prices were really good. My loved one just didn't feel like it was the right place for her.

""Shocking Disarray and Unprofessionalism at Tapestry House""
Tapestry House was really bad! My dad was there for a month and we had to move him. The people there don't act like professionals and they don't seem to be trained right. The medicine carts are a mess and medicine is lost all the time. The place is dirty and the laundry is a complete disaster. Nobody ever answers the call buttons and you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. My suggestion? Get away from Tapestry House as fast as you can.

"Dim and dreary Tapestry House not suitable for friend."
I thought Tapestry House was gloomy and sad, and it just didn't work out for my friend.

"Great place with spacious rooms and tasty meals"
We picked Tapestry House because we liked it better than the other places we saw. The rooms here are really nice and spacious. The meals are made by a chef, and you can choose from a menu. He stayed here for a week in respite care and had a good time. We will definitely come back if needed.

"Highly Recommend"
We loved it here at the Tapestry House. The atmosphere was vibrant, warm, and inviting compared to other places we toured. The staff was friendly and caring. The food was very good. There are plenty of activities for residents. They have a patio and a courtyard with great views. We couldn't stay due to my mom's medical needs, but the management only charged us for the time she was there. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

"Perfect Choice!"
Tapestry is an exceptional community! It's beautiful outside and very well maintained. Inside, it's clean and elegantly decorated, yet warm and inviting. We can't say enough good things about the care my father is receiving. The staff is friendly and caring to my dad, treating us like family. We've dined with dad, and the food is very good. There are many activities, and the staff encourages residents to join. My dad prefers their men's club and watching movies. Outside, there are nice walkways and porches to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I highly recommend Tapestry House to friends and family.

"Great community, familiar faces!"
We're quite happy with this place! The staff is wonderful, and my mother-in-law is settling in nicely. Having had my mother here previously, we appreciate the good meals and overall impression. Plus, the manager is familiar to us from another community.

"“Mom-Friendly Assisted Living with a Bright Future”"
Something about this place felt just right for my Mom—great activities and comfort. I didn’t like the dinner hour left turns, but I loved how quickly met my needs. Even the soon-to-be-renovated area feels like Mom won’t have to ‘Settle’.

"Happy with The Tapestry House!"
Overall, we're happy with how things have turned out at The Tapestry House! It's a nice, clean place, and the staff is mostly very friendly. I also think they do a great job with the food! It's very tasty, but I think they could make it a bit healthier. My loved one has settled in well and seems to be enjoying herself here!

The food was okay, maybe like a four out of five. It’s a place for people who only need a little monitoring; they don’t offer much extra help. Anything beyond the basics isn’t really their strong suit. Also, they didn’t notice changes as much as we did.
