"Nice Staff, Clean Place, Care Quality Not Assured"
I visited this place and it wasn’t my cup of tea. I wasn’t really sure if they’d take good care of my family member; the care seemed a bit iffy. The woman who showed us around was super sweet and the facility was spotless. But the mattress in the room they showed us was kind of old and droopy. It just wasn’t the right fit for us.

"Nice home with a good deck and lake view"
This place is really nice. The deck and the view of the lake are great. It's cheaper than their Home #2. Right now, there are mostly women living here.

"Better for Quiet Residents Only"
My mom was only there for four days before they said they couldn't handle her and I had to pick her up. Besides that call, the place was nice. I just think they only want people who are very calm and quiet. My mom is in the end stages of dementia and wandered a lot, and they couldn't manage it. They prefer residents who are happy to just sit on the couch.

"Nice Place, but not for Active Dementia Patients"
My mom was only at that place for four days. They called me and said they couldn't deal with her. It was a nice place, but they seem to only want quiet, easy people there. My mom has late-stage dementia and she wanders a lot. They couldn't handle it. They want people who are happy just sitting down all the time.
