"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place didn't offer much to do except watch TV and drink milkshakes. The food wasn't good at all. We couldn't use the kitchen to make our own meals, and the staff wasn't friendly or enough of them around. The buzzers would go off for a whole hour before someone came, so I had to check on a patient myself. There's a lot more I could say about how bad it was. If we had another option, we'd choose it over this place.

"Reliable Care and Support for Our Loved One"
Our experience with the assisted living facility has been positive for our family and our loved one. The staff communicates well with us and promptly addresses our questions and worries. The community effectively helps with managing medications and provides assistance with bathing and dressing whenever necessary. Overall, it's been a good experience.

"New Director Impacts Sales Pitch; Staff Cohesion Lacking"
During our tour, the boss was new. Place looked nice, but they focused more on selling the building than showing care quality. Maybe because they were new, but staff didn't seem to work together well.
