"Unsafe conditions and understaffed at this assisted living facility"
The person in charge of this place doesn't even bother about the well-being of the folks living here. The floors are hazardous and badly need fixing. Instead, they've just been taped together with duct tape to dodge the cost of proper repairs. A lot of the time, they don't even have enough staff around, and certainly aren't following the state rules for how many staff should be there for each resident. They don't organize any fun activities either. My mom was really upset living here.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The place seemed cozy, but the lady at the front was kinda rude. I think she's the boss. She rushed through the tour and it smelled like smoke because of her. It wasn't a great first visit. The building was pretty though.

"Really Nice Place, But Not Right for Mom's Needs"
I really liked this place, it felt just like home right away. really cares about the people living here. She makes it a wonderful and unique place for them. The only problem was that the only room left was downstairs. We didn't think it'd be right for our mom, even though there's an elevator. It's a small place, but very friendly and welcoming.

"Welcoming Community"
This place is great for my mom. She's still getting used to it, but I feel good about the care they provide. It's a nice community, and they handle any issues promptly. The owner is friendly and easy to work with. I'd recommend it to family and friends.

"Great food, caring staff, and lots of activities!"
The food here is great, and they have snacks during the day. This place is smaller and costs less than others nearby. They have a Licensed Practical Nurse on staff and usually a Registered Nurse too. A doctor visits regularly. There are lots of activities, and they take residents to church. I’ve already recommended this place.

"From Tennessee to Home"
This place is wonderful, and my parents are doing great. A Place For Mom really helped our family in an amazing way. It was a really tough situation, and I had never gone through anything like this before. The move-in went smoothly, and the owner even drove all the way to Tennessee to talk with my parents. I think this is a great community, and we feel so blessed.

"A true blessing for my Mom!"
We have had Mom living at The Oak's for over two months now, and we couldn't be happier. I felt an instant connection with the owner, who gave me a detailed tour of the facilities, explaining the amenities, activities, and care services. Most importantly, I met all the staff. What a gem! I felt the genuine caring energy I had hoped for because my Mom is 103 years old and my sweetest treasure. I can sleep well at night knowing Mom is safe and loved. What a blessing!

""Very Unprofessional - Rented Out My Mom's Reserved Room""
This assisted living facility is super unorganized. They had everything ready for my mom (we filled out all the forms and the doctor's note was in their hands) for a short stay. Just a week before she was supposed to move in, they called and said they mistakenly gave her room to someone else.

""Unreliable Facility Books Room to Another Resident""
We were genuinely pleased with this place. We filled out all the necessary forms and got everything sorted. But a week before my mom was due to move in, they called and told us that they had mistakenly given her room to someone else. I wouldn't recommend this place for your mom.

"Beautiful, Friendly Community with No Unpleasant Odors"
This place is really nice, clean, and smells amazing! I was surprised because other care homes I visited had bad smells. The staff and residents are super friendly, and you can see that everyone is happy here!
