"Good Community with Room for Dietary Improvement"
We really like The Oaks because it's quiet, cozy, and clean. It feels more like a nice place to live than a hospital. Our family member doesn't always join in the activities, but there's always something happening. We gave them 4 stars overall because they're not quite able to handle our loved one's special diet yet.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility During In-Person Tour"
Our family visited the facility in person and found it appealing. The tour was enjoyable, set in a pleasant neighborhood. However, the location was inconvenient for us, and they only had a shared 2-bedroom available, which didn't suit our loved one.

"Convenient and Pleasant Assisted Living Facility Tour"
I liked visiting this place and how nice it looked. It’s really close to our house, which is good. The rooms they have should be good for what my mom needs. I’m going to ask them to check if it’s right for her. The price might be a bit tricky when we know the total bill.

"Small and Simple"
I enjoyed talking to the director; he was nice and informative. The community was smaller and simpler. At the time, I thought a bigger and more social community would be better. It was also quite far from our desired location.
