"Facility’s Fall and Effort to Rebuild Trust"
When we first got to Georgia, this place was our only option. It’s really meant for folks who don’t have a lot of money to spend. At the beginning, everything seemed pretty good. But after a while, things started to get worse. By the time we moved out, they were working hard to make their name good again.

"No Onsite Flu Shots Available"
I like The Village at Renaissance in Griffin, GA. My aunt is doing well there, and the staff takes good care of her. However, I'm concerned because they don't offer flu shots. We have to take her somewhere else to get one, and it's hard because she's 98 and not easy to move. I talked to the director twice about this, but she hasn't found a solution yet. I know she's new and learning, so I'm trying to be patient.

"Friendly Staff, Clean, Fun Activities, Food Could Improve"
This place has lots of fun stuff to do every day like bingo, Wheel of Fortune, and fitness classes. It’s always clean around here. The people who work here really pay attention to us and we talk well with each other. The meals aren’t the greatest, but I’d still tell people to come live here.
