"Great place, but sunroom heater needs fixing!"
This is an awesome place with a wonderful staff. For $3,600 a month, you would expect nothing less. However, the sunroom needs a new heater. It’s their only way to enjoy the outdoors, but every time the door opens, a blast of cold air comes in because the heater is broken. Please fix it!

"Inefficient Coordinators and Mediocre Care at Assisted Living"
We found that only a third of the caregivers were highly competent and ones we would trust with our family members. We've experienced issues with incorrect scheduling and the scheduler being unreachable through text or voicemail, both from the caregiving team and the staff. We even had overnight shifts where staff members fell asleep on the job. Additionally, instances where caregivers haven’t made it - not because they were neglectful, but due to poor communication and a coordinator who was difficult to contact.

"Clean and Lovely, Memory Care Needed"
The place at The Woods is super nice and really clean. Maybe they could do better with teaching about memory care. But all in all, I'm really happy with The Woods and I'd tell my friends to check them out.
