"Great Therapy, Mixed Experience"
I enjoyed the help with maintenance and the shuttle service. However, I wasn’t happy about the lack of privacy and short staffing on weekends. The therapy services were excellent.

"Assisted Living Tour Disappointing Due to Small Units and COVID Requirement"
We went to see Towne Club Windermere. The rooms were tiny, and they wanted everyone to get the Covid shot, which we weren't okay with. Also, it was super expensive.

"Mixed Feelings About Towne Club Assisted Living"
We thought everything was included in the price, but it's not. Our experience with Towne Club is mostly positive, but we'd recommend it cautiously to others.

"Great Care, Slow Updates"
I'm really impressed with this place so far. They've been doing a great job taking care of everything. The only issue is they're not so good at getting paperwork done on time. We need emails about Mom's condition and updates for them to keep track of her health, but sometimes we don't get them right away. That's the only downside.

"Convenient Living with Room for Improvement"
The community is good at taking out the trash for us. However, they need to clean the bathrooms and floors in our rooms faster. I like that we go downstairs for meals. If we don't want to go down, they bring the meal to us. The activities are great, and the main guy helps us get to hair appointments or other activities. It's nice they keep us engaged. The community listens to feedback from families or residents.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
was great, but the front desk staff lacked compassion. The bathrooms were too low, and the chef didn't follow dietary restrictions. Overall, the community experience changed during lockdown.

We love it here! It’s a warm and welcoming place. My mother-in-law is thriving. Before coming here, her state of mind wasn't so good. Now, she is happy and always busy with activities.

"Towne Club Windermere’s Amazing Staff Changed My Sister’s Life"
What a wonderful and caring staff! They have made a huge difference in my sister’s life. She moved from a group home in another state and had no interest in living. She was often very depressed and spent most of her time in bed. The staff at Towne Club gave her outstanding care and encouraged her to join in, and now she's completely turned around. My sister now joins in activities, socializes with other residents, and works to stay fit. She’s even reading again. It feels like a miracle, and we know it’s all thanks to the staff. Thank you for building such a great team at Towne Club Windermere. You have truly saved my sister’s life!

"A Tour of Friendly Amenities"
I enjoyed my visit to this community. The people I met were friendly, and they seem to have nice amenities. However, it's a bit farther than what we wanted.

This place is very beautiful, and the people who live here are nice. The staff is wonderful too! I have been invited to events, and I plan to go. This is by far the friendliest place I have visited, and I have checked out seven places in North Georgia.

"Just the Right Place for Mom!"
Stopped by Towne Club with my mom when she visited from out of town. She fell in love with the place! The décor is beautiful! She was excited about all the social activities like bridge, movies, live music, and water exercise. Most importantly, she could bring her beloved dog, and they have a dog area for him! The friendly staff and pleasant residents made us feel at home. After looking at a few other places, she decided this is the one for her!

"Great facility with good location and 24/7 nursing care"
We visited Towne Club recently and liked it a lot. The location is convenient to shopping and the hospital. My husband and I are considering moving to a place where we can stay active. He enjoys golfing and I play bridge. We really enjoyed the happy hour. We're almost 80, and our kids want us to think about community living since we're getting older. We both have minor health issues and were impressed with the 24/7 nursing care. We’re still exploring options, but Towne Club is at the top of our list. Thank you

"Very Nice But Over the Top"
This was a very nice, clean place. I mostly checked out the independent living area, and residents seemed to be having a good time. It's best for people who like to stay active. Assisted living and memory care were empty. They’ve got fancy extras like a pool and gym. The staff was friendly—they even had a welcome sign for me, and I left with a tray of cookies. It’s really nice but has more than we need.

"Exceptional Assisted Living Community"
My father-in-law is doing great at this place. We're happy with his move here; he's in good hands. The place is kept really clean and nice. It looks amazing. The staff is super nice and friendly. They're like our extended family. There are lots of fun activities for the residents. The food is really good. They even allow pets, which was a big plus for us. I'd recommend this place; it's been great for us.

"Wonderful place with great food and caring staff!"
The staff here is fantastic, and I can’t say enough good things about this community. My mom loves the food, and the chef does a great job. This is a great place, kept clean and well-maintained. They have lots of daily activities, and I’d definitely recommend it.
