I have a friend who recently moved into Twelve Oaks. He is hard to please, but he loves it there. The people are friendly and helpful. Because it is privately owned, rules can be adjusted for each person. It feels very personal. His room and bathroom are a nice size. The staff don't mind going out of their way to help him, even getting his computer running. If he's late for a meal, they save him a plate! Just like home! I'm really pleased with Twelve Oaks and feel it is a safe and loving home for those who need it.
