"Individualized Care"
What makes a difference in this facility is the personalized care that people receive. Care is given based on what a resident needs or what they might want. Care is scheduled when the resident wants it and not so it is convenient for the workers.

"Friendly, caring staff and a clean facility!"
The staff here is friendly and professional. They treat the residents with respect and care. There is a good staff-to-resident ratio, so everyone gets the attention they need. The place is kept very clean, like a 5-star hotel. They do laundry once a week but can do it more if needed. There are activities planned every morning and afternoon during the week, with fewer on weekends since more families visit then.
