"Displeasure with Senior Living Facility's Lack of Inclusion"
We are not satisfied with this senior living place. My mother was the only black person living there and almost all the staff were white, except for the wonderful chef who made great meals. My mom had a tough time fitting in and the other people who lived there weren't friendly. They made her eat alone during mealtime. They claimed it was because she behaved badly, but they could only give me one example to support their claim. There were no recreational activities available. As soon as I could, I moved her to a different place with help from your placement services.

"Mixed Feelings about Converted Senior Living Facility"
So, there's this place, used to be a Ramada Inn, but now it's for old folks. The folks who work there are friendly and remember everyone's name, which is nice. The place is clean too. But, here's the thing, the rooms are kinda weird. Picture an old hotel room, right? Then, in the back, there's a shower, and the closet doubles as a kitchenette. Some rooms are fixed up better than others, though.

"Best Senior Living Facility Hands Down!"
The staff at this facility treat my dad like family. I'll be forever grateful to the staff and other residents for making my father feel at home.

"No better place to be other than home!"
The activities are enjoyable, the food is great, and the care is top-notch, I can only give this facility five stars, nothing less. My grandmother loves it there. It's the next best thing to her being at home. My grandmother is always smiling here! I would recommend anyone leave their loved ones in the care of the terrific staff at Winthrop.

"A Pleasant Visit"
When I visited, this place seemed clean and friendly. But it didn’t quite meet my loved one’s needs.
