"Mixed Experience at Woodland Ridge Assisted Living"
We visited Woodland Ridge Assisted Living while looking for Memory Care for our family member. The outdoor spaces are plentiful, but the rooms are small, and the pricing is confusing.

"Old and Dirty: Not the Best Experience at Woodland Ridge"
I visited Woodland Ridge Assisted Living, but it wasn't great. The place seemed old and kinda dirty. That's why we didn't pick it.

"Misleading Promises Lead to Disappointment"
At this place, they're not honest. They tell you one thing to bring you in, but once you're there, they act like they don't remember what they said. Then, they say they don't have the services you need anymore.

"Safe, caring environment with great food and therapy for residents."
They brought in a physical therapist to help my husband, and he got much better while he stayed here. He loved the food it’s made by chefs right here. It was worth paying knowing he was safe and well cared for here. My dad was here years ago and did really well. I’d tell others looking for help to consider them.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
Nice location, but the building is old. No rooms fit [name removed]. Only studios available, no separate bedroom. The activities director impressed me; wish she could be at our chosen community.

"Highly recommend for great care and clean environment!"
My mother is doing really well at Woodland Ridge. They take great care of her, the meals are delicious, and the place is very clean. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place like this.

I checked out several places as my mom’s time in Skilled Nursing was ending, feeling stressed about finding the right place for her. Then we found Woodland Ridge (WR), and it was a relief. From the start, they were welcoming and thorough. I felt really comfortable with the information they provided, the caregivers I met, and the atmosphere there. The WR team that came to evaluate my mom at Skilled Nursing also got high praise from her nurses for being caring, thorough, and professional—which wasn’t the case with everyone. Now that we’ve been at WR for a while, I can honestly say that if I were in my mom’s shoes, this is where I’d want to be too. The staff is amazing—they understand each resident’s needs, are great at communicating with us, and are clearly skilled and caring. There’s little turnover, so most of the team has been there a long time. They offer different levels of care to meet changing needs, and they’re organized while keeping a warm, supportive environment. My dad and I have a good relationship with the staff, and we stay in the loop on all of my mom’s needs. No, it’s not “home,” and it’s tough for all of us, but WR has helped us handle things as best we can. We sleep well knowing Mom is cared for when we can’t be there.

"Great care and lively activities at Woodland Ridge!"
My wife lives in Assisted Living at Woodland Ridge, and I'm very happy with our choice. I visit her almost every day, and the staff is always cheerful, encouraging, and helpful whenever I have questions or need anything. They closely monitor each resident’s medical needs, and I've noticed hardly any staff turnover or conflicts among them. Woodland Ridge offers lots of activities for residents, including music sessions, visits from therapy animals, and even outside BBQs and seasonal parties. They also plan scenic trips for those who want to go. My daughter and I toured several places, and I'm sure Woodland Ridge is the right choice—I’d pick it for myself if I could.

"A Place for Happy and Well-Cared Patients"
I've been a volunteer for Homestead Hospice and come here often. I'm not biased when I say this is a place where I would want my family to stay, if needed. It's very professional, has low staff turnover, and the patients seem happy and well cared for, from meals to overall comfort. They also try to keep the patients entertained with music and therapy animal visits.

"Affordable but beware of fee-for-service pricing"
This place is cool and it's in a good spot, but the money stuff is kinda tricky for us.

"Considering it due to lack of nearby options"
It's too distant from where I live. Might think about it if there aren't any good assisted living places nearby.
