This place is nice and tidy. The people who live here are friendly and often have smiles on their faces. The staff members make sure to take care of everyone's needs. But we noticed something strange: as we were leaving, Mrs. Baptista asked a worker for something when she thought no one was looking. The worker quickly stood up straight, saluted, and smiled.
