"Clean assisted living facility, lacks private bath and family-run"

The place was tidy and well-kept. Their services sound like it's just half of what I need. The bathrooms were clean and not damp. I asked if they had rooms with private bathrooms, but they only had one reserved for the owner's sister. Made me sense more family involvement than I'd prefer.
