"Peace of Mind at Arlington Place"
My brother and I wanted a new place for our parents. They were doing fine on their own, but we worried about them driving. Arlington Place townhouse was just right. It’s independent, and if there’s a problem, help is nearby. They’ve used Life Alert twice and got quick assistance. The townhouse is nice, but the kitchen cupboards are hard to reach. Our parents eat at Arlington Place, so they don’t cook much. We’re glad they don’t have to maintain a home anymore. Overall, it’s been a good move for them.” .

"Disappointed with Missed Tour at Assisted Living"
Our family set up a visit to see the place in person. But when we got there, the person who was supposed to show us around wasn’t there. We tried talking to some other workers, but nobody wanted to help us out. They said we should come back tomorrow. We really didn’t like that at all.

"Caring Staff and Engaging Activities"
Some of the staff members are really great, while others can be challenging. The activities are quite good, keeping our loved one busy and maintaining her routine. Some caregivers pay attention to her preferences; for instance, she enjoys staying busy with chores, so they involve her in wiping down and setting the tables herself.
