"Negligence and Delayed Refund at Bickford Senior Living"
We were looking forward to having our relative move into Bickford Senior Living. We even paid ahead of time to save a room for them. Unfortunately, when it was time for the nursing director to check on our family member's health, she didn't come. We contacted the home and found out there was a covid outbreak and the nursing director was quarantined. We asked that another person be sent over, but no one came. Soon after, our family member passed away before they could move in. We asked for a refund, but instead of getting it in a week as expected, it took nearly 2 months and was only a portion of what we paid. The facility consistently used covid as an excuse for their poor service. Their claim of treating families respectfully felt untrue to us because they ignored our calls and didn't provide clear answers. We are not pleased.
