"Informative and Caring Tour!"
We had a nice tour at Bishop Drumm. I felt like they really cared about understanding and meeting each person's special needs. The tour provided a lot of helpful information.

"Good Care, Small Meals, Issues Resolved"
The nurses were really good. The meals weren’t big, but the staff fixed that problem. Appreciate it!

"Underwhelming Assisted Living Facility Disappoints Prospective Residents"
We visited this place when we started looking for a new home. We had an appointment, but they forgot about it. The lady who showed us around the assisted living part was nice, but she couldn’t show us the independent living area. We didn’t see everything, but what we did see didn’t interest us. The facility is old and didn’t feel right for us. There weren’t many residents around during the tour. The place seemed clean enough. It’s a small building with small rooms, and everything looked gloomy. So, we decided not to move in.

"Mom Didn't Like Smaller Room When Needed Assisted Living"
I thought the apartments for people who can live on their own were big. But my mom didn't like that she had to move to a different building and ended up in a really small and tight room when she needed help with living.

"Mixed Feelings About Bishop Drumm Retirement Center"
The Bishop Drumm Retirement Center was nice, with plenty of activities. However, it didn’t feel right for my father; it just wasn’t a good fit.
