"Best for advanced Alzheimer's care"
While touring this facility for my Mom, I noticed that the residents seemed to have more advanced Alzheimer’s than my mom. This place feels like a nursing home, and when I walked in, there was a resident asleep at one of the tables. The marketing director who gave me the tour was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this facility to families who need more care for their loved one.

"Excellent care and food at Courtyard Estates; highly recommended"
Courtyard Estates has been fantastic for my father-in-law. The staff is really nice and gets along well with the residents. Sometimes it’s hard to find them, but that’s because they’re busy helping everyone. They do a great job, and I’m really happy with that. The food is very good, and I like that they can provide meals anytime, since my father-in-law is having some trouble getting used to the meal schedule. He’s been doing really well since moving here, and we’re so pleased. We’d definitely recommend Courtyard Estates to others.

"Amazing place with caring staff and a friendly community"
I’m a resident at Courtyard Estate in Bondurant Assisted Living, and I couldn’t find a better place for me. The manager and all the staff have been fantastic! This place has given me a new sense of purpose. The staff always has time to listen and offer advice. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a friendly and loving community. I love it here!!!!

At Courtyard Estates, they're doing well overall. It looks nice, and the staff is friendly, caring, and professional. However, it's tough to reach them or get callbacks, which could improve family communication.

"More Activities Needed, Otherwise Great Place"
We like it here. It's clean and the staff is nice. Mom enjoys the food. I wish they had more activities, more variety, and more often. But overall, everything's good for now.

"Amazing Help in a Time of Need!"
My mother is 93, and we suddenly needed help for her. We knew this time was coming, but like most people, we hoped things would just stay the same forever. Through some contacts, we found Courtyard Estates in Bondurant, very close to my mother's home in Colfax. In just ONE day, the amazing people at Courtyard Estates were able to help our mother. I can't tell you how many phone calls and contacts they made to make this happen. I didn’t know what to do, and I realize that's my fault. I live in Texas, but the professional staff in Bondurant made everything so much easier for me. They all really seemed to care.

"Positive Visit to Clean and Homey Assisted Living Facility"
Enjoyed my visit. The place was clean and felt like home. All the residents seemed very happy with where they live. I toured several apartments. They were large and filled with light. The community areas were tidy and full of activity. The dining rooms were nice, and the chefs were very helpful. I saw an activity program that everyone was enjoying. My only worry was about the cost.
