"Increasing prices and rude Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
Stopped by in 2019 and again recently. It's gotten worse. The people working there were mean. The membership fee was really steep and the rent was way too expensive for what you get.

"Facility Fails in Resident Care and Medication Management"
I moved my partner into the facility in August, only to take him out five days later. They didn't help him adjust to his new surroundings, causing him to fall four times. Nobody made sure he took his medicines. They just casually left them in a cup by his bed.

"Once Excellent Facility Now Poor, Unsupportive and Blame Shifting"
As a relative of a resident in this facility, I've seen it deteriorate into an unreliable and unfriendly place. Once, they had a wonderful director and a great staff who left after the director was dismissed - now it's just empty and lacking any charm or warmth. They had to face a Covid-19 outbreak alone without corporate support, leading to loss of resident lives and attempts by corporate to shift the blame. I used to recommend this place, but it's lost its shine. I'm planning to move my grandma to a different facility in Sioux City soon. It's a real shame. I advise against placing your family here.

"Clean and Friendly Assisted Living Community with a Location Consideration"
I visited several communities, each offering something unique. This one was exceptionally clean and well-kept. The staff were very friendly, giving us a thorough tour of the entire building. I was quite impressed with what I saw. The only downside was its distance from our home.

"Studio-Only Assisted Living Unprepared for Visitors"
They only have studio rooms; no separate bedrooms. When we arrived, they weren't prepared because the contact person was gone.
