"Assisted Living Falls Short in Handling Aggressive Residents"
Keystone Place seemed fancy and tidy. They promised to manage my aggressive husband, but they kicked him out within a month due to his behavior.

"Three Years of Comfort and Friendship at This Facility"
The last three years have been amazing for me. I have a one-bedroom place with a bathroom, laundry, full kitchen, small office, and a deck. It's made my life better with friends, fun activities, and a cozy environment.

"Convenient Location with Room for Food Improvement"
The assisted living facility is fine. It's near my house, and the staff is nice. I think the food for lunch and dinner could be better for us who live here. It would help if they had food that suits different diets.

"Poor Care and Inconsistent Staff at Forevergreen Place"
Think twice before relocating a family member to Keystone at Forevergreen Place. The quality of care is really concerning and the nurse assistants frequently change which doesn't allow the opportunity for them or the residents to get accustomed to each other. The management showed no friendliness and were awkward to interact with during their rare presence. It is evident they are not genuinely committed and they lack personal concern for the residents.

"Once Great Assisted Living Facility Loses Its Spark"
My mom lives at Keystone Place. Initially, everything was awesome - the staff was friendly, nice and welcoming. But, things drastically changed within a year. The helpful, caring and lively employees were replaced by staff that barely interacted. My mom became really sad because of this and we're trying to find her a new place to live.

"Facility Falls Short on Personal Care and Appropriate Accommodations"
This place can't meet my mom's needs. She needs professional nursing care - not just a bit of assistance. She also needs a single room - she doesn't remember things for very short periods of time and might mess with a roommate's stuff. This place is set up like an apartment - they expect the residents to look after themselves a lot. My mom can't do that.

"Nice Community"
I had a good tour with the staff. They were friendly and showed me around nicely. The community is pleasant. However, my mom prefers another place she's already seen.

"Great Place for Loved Ones"
My family member just moved into this place, and she's really enjoying it. I'm thrilled to see how quickly she's settled in and how much she likes her new home. The staff are amazing, and I feel good about the care they're giving her. She hasn't complained about the food, and she enjoys hanging out with other residents during activities. It's been a perfect match, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
