"Poor Communication and Unanswered Calls at Assisted Living Facility"
The way they communicate is really bad. I had something to ask the director and it felt like I was annoying her. However, the people in the kitchen and CNAs are good. It's tough to reach them on the phone, and even if you leave a message, they hardly call back. Really let-down.

"Friendly staff, happy residents, improved activity schedule visibility would benefit families."
I see residents well-fed and happy. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even help with small tasks like tying shoes. My loved one enjoys the food and staff help them find what they like. Activities are available, but we wish the schedule was easier to find online for families to support participation.
