Our experience at Addington Place has been positive. Mom is happy and adjusted quickly. The staff is attentive, engaging residents and making them feel special. Overall, we're very satisfied.

"Memory Care Lacks Activities and Staff, Facility Needs Improvements"
The part of the building for people to live in wasn't big enough, and they didn't have enough workers. The things they did for people with memory problems weren't very good. The workers were nice, but I wouldn't tell someone to go there if they need help with their memory.

"Friendly, Clean Assisted Living with Spacious Rooms"
The place is nice. Rooms are spacious, food is good (not like home cooking, but still good). Staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. I’d recommend it to others.

"Helpful staff and activities make this a great choice."
We chose this place for my Dad, and it’s been great so far. They gave him a room with a view of a farm, not a parking lot, which he really enjoys. The staff has been really helpful, explaining everything clearly and moving Dad in quickly. They’re always there to answer our questions. They also put out a monthly calendar packed with activities for the residents, so there’s always something fun to do. They make everything easy to follow. I recommend them.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Staff Stability and Food Improvement"
My loved one just moved here. There's room for improvement. There have been a lot of staff changes since my mom came in, which makes things disorganized and hard. The food isn't as good as it used to be. It's definitely losing quality because of the turnover. I hope they get some more stable staff who know what they're doing.

"Friendly Staff and Activities, But Not Enough Care"
The SunnyBrook of Burlington community was really nice and well-maintained. The staff who gave us the tour were super friendly and kind. They answered all my questions and concerns. They have lots of fun activities on their calendar for residents. They even take residents out into the community and bring them back afterward. We picked a different place because they didn't provide the care my dad needed.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Environment"
They keep the place clean, but my mom’s apartment needs improvement. Staff is friendly, communicates well, and the food is good. Hoping Mom will join activities soon.
