"Communication Lacking, But Overall Satisfactory Assisted Living Experience"
The place lacks communication. Moving in was simple and they warmly received our mom. The food is really nice, like a restaurant offering two options for each meal. Cleaning service is excellent. My suggestion? Improve communication. Any kind. There’s none. Or at least, arrange a face-to-face meeting within the first 30 days.

"A Cozy, Secure Assisted Living Facility"
The meals seem to skimp on meat, and sometimes they run out of food. Most diners grumble about the meals privately but don't voice their concerns to the staff. On the bright side, the facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. The decorations, especially during holidays, create a pleasant atmosphere. The friendly residents make it feel like a secure place to live, and the cozy apartments add to the comfort.

"Nice place with good activities, but sometimes understaffed"
One day, my mom was sick and no one checked on her. The location is good, and it's a nice place to live. Sometimes, they don't have enough staff. But it's a good place with fun activities. It's a nice environment for my mom.

"Affordable with Friendly Staff"
At The Heritage, the staff is super friendly and supportive during the tour. They understand how tough it is to find a place for a loved one. They offer services like meals, laundry, and housekeeping. While I wish it were more affordable, we do get our money’s worth. Sometimes it’s hard to reach the staff because they’re busy, but they’re quick to respond via text. And my loved one really enjoys the food!

"Nice place, but location wasn't right"
The Heritage at Northern Hills was a nice place. It was clean and very well kept. I was really impressed. The only reason we picked a different place was because of the location. My dad wanted to be closer to us.

"Clean, Helpful Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
We’re doing well here at this place. The facility looks nice, and they keep our room and the whole community clean. The staff is helpful and listens to our concerns. They have fun activities like exercise classes, and I like the men’s groups. The food could be better, though. Overall, things are going smoothly, and I’d recommend this place.

"Great place with friendly staff, but food needs improvement"
So far, everything has been great. The only issue is the food, which she complains about. She enjoys playing cards and staying active. Her unit is nice, though the kitchen could use some updates. The staff is friendly, and when we visited, many people were socializing in the common areas, which was one of the reasons we picked this place.
