"Attentive Staff Ensures Comfortable Care for Mother from Afar"
I help make decisions for my mom's health and finances. Even though I live in Arizona and can't be there every day, I stay updated by talking with staff regularly. They're very attentive and often bring meals to her room when she can't make it to the dining room.

"Poor Treatment and Neglected Concerns at Views of Marion."
Sadly, we had to relocate Mom from the Views of Marion. One of the workers there was a guy who was impolite and disrespectful. What irked me most wasn't just his rude behavior, but knowing he could get away with such meanness. It's possible that the saying 'it starts at the top' applies here. I tried reaching out to the main company office, but no one returned my call.
