"Small and Friendly Assisted Living with Medium-sized Rooms"
We picked Autumn Cove because it's smaller with 16-18 residents, so it's more personal. Everyone knows each other here instead of feeling like a number. The rooms are medium-sized, not too big or small. I'd suggest it to others who are interested.

"Bad Planning and Blame Shifting at Assisted Living Facility"
This place's admission process is really awful and broken, and the owner tries to shift blame onto others. I had spent a month and a half setting up my older parent's transfer here, letting them know about my parent's care needs, and giving them the necessary healthcare documents. But after moving my parent in, they said they couldn't keep her there. The nursing aides are kind and go out of their way to help, but the people in charge are all over the place. Other families shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff.

"Caring, Connected Assisted Living Experience"
I thought they treated my dad like family, and when I visited, I felt like family too. They took amazing care of him, did a great job, and provided well-balanced meals. After checking out four communities, I kept coming back to this one. I really connected with the administrator. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

"Feels Like Home: Safe, Loved, and Well-Cared For"
This place is really like a home away from home. My dad loves it here. He says the meals are great and taste like home-cooked food. They make sure the food is not only tasty but also healthy. Mary, the Administrator, takes the time to find the right fit for each person. If this place isn't right, she helps you find somewhere else. She really cares about the elderly, and I see it every time I visit my dad. The staff is positive and treats the residents like family. I can't imagine a better place for my parent. It's a blessing to have found this place. I go home at night knowing my dad is safe, loved, and well-cared for.

"Mixed Feelings About Autumn Cove's Food"
My mom stays at Autumn Cove and she's doing okay. The place is pretty clean, as best as they can manage, I guess. It's convenient for me since it's close by, so I can visit often. Mom can't join any activities because she's bedridden. She's a picky eater and doesn't like the food, but I'd say it's decent.

"Convenient location"
My mom's at Autumn Cove, doing okay. It's pretty clean, I guess. For me, it's convenient since it's close by, so I can visit often. Mom's bedridden and can't join activities. Food isn't her thing, but it's decent.

"Friendly and professional staff in a nice community for care."
We visited this place while deciding on care for our family member. It looked nice, and the staff were all friendly and acted professionally. We would have thought about choosing it.
