"Mixed feelings about Brookdale Twin Falls Assisted Living"
My family member stays at Brookdale Twin Falls. They need to do better with being responsible in every area, like the office work, running things, arranging rides, and keeping care consistent. When we got in, it felt like they were in a hurry for us to pay up, and then they didn't talk much with us. They didn't spend enough time teaching my family member or us what to expect. Still, I'd say Brookdale Twin Falls is okay because it's clean, has good stuff, nice workers, a well-organized mealtime, and upkeep is good. But you should go over money stuff with the boss before and after your family member gets checked out and they do that score thing.

"Brookdale: Impressive Facilities with Activities"
We visited Brookdale Twin Falls while looking for Assisted Living for our loved one. They impressed us by serving lunch in a private dining area and showing various rooms. My friend also loved Brookdale, but it felt a bit too large for our loved one. They offer plenty of activities.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is friendly, but they don't have enough people to take care of my loved one and other residents. The food isn't great, and my loved one is unhappy with the meals. The business office staff is nice, but they need to address family concerns better. Laundry isn't done promptly, and sometimes I have to take out the trash myself. The value for the money could be better. We were promised a lot during the tour, but some things haven't been delivered.

"Spacious Community with Caring Staff"
This place is really family-friendly and takes good care of the people who live there. They provide a lot of services. It's a big community, and I thought it would be perfect for my family member, but it's not. They should list out all the charges separately and make their billing process easier to understand. The staff is really friendly and pays attention to everyone. In the end, I would suggest this place to others.

"Good Care, Friendly Staff, Room for Improvement"
Brookdale provides good care with friendly, helpful staff. I receive more personalized attention here. The food is decent, not the greatest but satisfactory. Housekeeping could be better. I enjoy my apartment; the newly remodeled building is very nice. Before COVID, they had many activities available.

"Lovely Grounds, Great Dining, Limited Care Options for Memory Needs"
Unfortunately, my mother wasn't assessed properly for her care needs. She required memory care, not available here. We relocated both parents to a community offering both assisted and memory care. Dad struggled with using his call button, needing help to move around, but room checks were only every 2 hours. Dad's individual care costs became steep. Beautiful grounds and outdoor patios. Dining was fantastic, improving both parents' eating habits. Friendly staff, but insufficient care for their needs.

"This is a nice place, but they lacked the care my parents needed."
Unfortunately, my mom wasn't properly assessed, and her care needs exceeded what they could provide here. She required memory care, which isn't available at this facility. As a result, we had to move both my parents to a community designed for both assisted living and memory care. My dad wouldn't use his call button, and his difficulty getting up and down became problematic since room checks only happened every 2 hours. Additionally, my father's individual care costs became quite high. On the bright side, the grounds and outdoor patios are beautiful, and the dining experience is fantastic. Both my parents enjoyed going to the dining area. Overall, this community is nice, and the staff are friendly, but it couldn't meet my parents' higher care needs.

"Mixed experience with staff; better suited for more independent residents."
The people working here tried to help my mom. She fell a few times because they couldn't watch her closely enough. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff. The food was good, and they had some activities. The place was too big for us, so we moved mom to a smaller one. It's a bit pricey, and you should be pretty independent to live here.

"Mom is very happy with the staff and activities"
Mom is really happy living here. The staff pay a lot of attention to her and make sure she has everything she needs. The place is nice and always smells good. She has a clean, comfortable room, and she likes the food. The staff encourage her to join in daily activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

"Could Improve Health Focus and Food Options!"
I wish the workers could focus more on my family member's health needs and support them better in their progress. The food they prepare could be healthier, especially for those with diabetes. My family member really enjoys the activities. I do think this place is a good option for anyone looking for a home for an elderly person.

"Great Care and Activities, Minor Billing Issues"
My mother stayed here for a while, and overall, things went well. We did have some problems with the billing, but aside from that, everything turned out fine. It’s a nice place with friendly people. They have good activities and very tasty food. They took great care of her and met all her needs.

"Fantastic Staff and Comfortable Care, with a Small Lighting Issue"
On a scale of 100, Wynwood at Twin Falls scores 200. The staff does everything they promise and more. The ladies are so sweet, comforting, and truly caring. My only small issue is the lighting, which is a bit dim. But overall, the staff is fantastic and the attendants are wonderful. If you need an assisted living facility, this is the place to go.
