"Caring Memory Care with Mountain Views"
My family member is in memory care, and due to COVID, the facility is locked down. They offer weekly manicures and pedicures, which I appreciate. Residents enjoy rides and other activities both on-site and in the community. Although I can’t visit often, I’m pleased with the updates I hear about this close-knit, new community with a stunning mountain view.

"Mixed Feedback on Assisted Living Facility"
During these times with Covid, it's a bit tricky to judge. The food seems to be the main issue. My family member often complains that it's either cold, overcooked, or undercooked. The cleaning service could be better, especially with laundry. The staff seems average from what I've seen. The facility itself is quite nice, though. It's spacious with plenty of parking and a shuttle service, which impressed me. It's well-maintained and has amenities like a large library, a game room, and a snack bar where residents can help themselves to cookies or soda anytime, day or night, at no extra cost.

"Kind Staff, But Lacking in Detailed Care"
Our idea of what assisted living means was really different. We put together a very clear care plan, but the staff struggled to follow it and get what it meant. I guess it’s because the place is pretty new, and the whole Covid situation made things tougher. They had to change staff a lot because of Covid. It seems like they didn’t have enough people who knew what they were doing. The folks there were friendly, and they treated my family member well, but when it came to the nitty-gritty care details, it just wasn’t up to par. It turned out to be the wrong fit for her needs.

"Great Care, Some Hiccups"
My mom’s been here for a little over a year. We’ve had two issues: First, Mom does her own laundry, but only 2 machines are for residents who can do their own. One broke, and the other’s been acting up for 6 months. Second, they’ve had a lot of different cooks. Mom can’t eat some of their main dishes, which are often served cold. Despite that, the staff tries hard to keep residents engaged during the virus. They’re great at taking care of everyone. Overall, I’d recommend this community.

"Assisted Living Community Receives High Praise Despite COVID Restrictions"
We really like this place. We couldn't visit due to COVID, but they offer outdoor visits. They continually improve care over time. Overall, despite COVID, they've managed well, organizing staggered meal times for dining room access. I'd recommend this community.

Modern, spacious, but lacks cozy warmth.
