"Unimpressive Tour and Cramped Rooms Create Gloomy Atmosphere"
The person guiding us around didn't seem well-informed and left an unfavorable impression. The rooms were cramped and not at all cozy. Everything generally felt gloomy.

"Responsive and Supportive Staff; Great Transition and Care Experience"
The staff at the assisted living facility have been really helpful. They were flexible with us, especially since our loved one came in during Covid. They supported my wife and me as we moved him from the hospital to the facility. Despite all the rules and challenges they faced, they handled everything well. They kept us informed through phone calls and emails, which we appreciated. There's not much negative to say. There was a little misunderstanding with the in-house doctor about our loved one's check-ups. But the nurses and administration were quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, we've had a positive experience and are very happy. Our loved one has adjusted surprisingly well, which we didn't expect. That's a big credit to the staff. He really enjoys the food. They offer different games and arts and crafts, although we haven't been able to visit inside. Based on other places we considered, we feel the value here is pretty good.

"Generations Provides Excellent Care and Comfort for Residents"
My husband moved to Generations after being asked to leave another place because of his behavior. Generations welcomed him warmly, even though I mentioned his past issues. Alzheimer’s patients sometimes act out, but the staff assured me they were trained to handle it and that he’d get good care. They were right—he’s very happy there. I’m told every time I call that he’s polite and has no problems. I’ve seen it too. He looks better and moves more easily. I’m so glad he’s there. The main room is bright and cheerful, which helps a lot. Everyone seems well cared for and calm, which makes me feel at ease.
