"Unfriendly Staff and Small Rooms are Drawbacks"

When I was searching for a new home, I took a look at this place. It was alright, and I sort of liked the room they showed me. However, it's safe to say I didn't quite feel at ease. Some of the employees didn't seem too friendly. The room was on the smaller side, yet it came with a window for you to look outside. At least the building and rooms were kept neat and spotless, and I didn't see anything lying around in the corridors.

"The Tour I Had"

I liked the clean community. The tour guide was professional and punctual. I wanted a convenient place to travel.

"Unsatisfactory Care and Inadequate Respect"

We're really disappointed with the services at this place. The food they serve isn't tasty or healthy. Too often, the workers seem too swamped to take care of her personal matters. We get the impression that they don't treat the other folks there with kindness. After discussing with the staff, we just can't suggest anyone move into this place.

"Food Needs Improvement, But Great Staff"

My mother has recently moved into this community, and so far, everything is going okay for her. The staff are friendly, and I feel comfortable with the care she is receiving. The property stays clean, and they always help my mom keep her room tidy. The only complaint she has is that the food is not up to her standards. My mom says the chef could use more variety and make the food less bland.

"Great food and friendly staff make this place wonderful!"

My mother has been really happy since moving here. She loves the food, though I haven’t tried it myself. The staff has been very helpful and nice, and the place is always clean and well taken care of.

"Mixed experience at assisted living facility communication and cleanliness concerns."

It's mostly okay. Sometimes they don't tell me things about my medicine, and the bathrooms need more cleaning. The food is tasty, and the things to do are alright. I guess they don't have enough people working. But besides that, things seem fine.
