"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
When we arrived, we had to help with care initially because they weren't ready. It took a month for grooming care to start. They improved but lack full nursing care. We're searching for a place with better support.

"Pleasant Visit, Kind Staff, Unsure About Living Experience"
Enjoyed a nice lunch, viewed good rooms, staff is helpful and kind. Hesitant on a 5th star until experiencing living conditions.

"Comfortable, caring staff make mom feel at home and happy."
My mom lives here now, and she looks great and happy. She’s even gained weight, which is a positive sign. It’s been a journey with some ups and downs, but we’re managing. The facility feels like a big, comfortable home. The kitchen is spacious, and the dining and living areas also feel like home. The staff is fantastic—always alert and ready to help as soon as you arrive. They’ve even come to us when they didn’t have to, which gives us peace of mind. Although we had a few billing issues, they were quickly resolved. The staff works well with my mom’s memory, and she always recognizes me. She seems much happier and less gloomy. They’re good at redirecting her attention if she’s upset, which helps reduce her confusion. Overall, we’re very satisfied.

"Great staff, clean place, decent food"
I am really happy with how clean this place is. The maintenance and staff are doing a great job. The staff is super friendly and always keep me in the loop. The meals are good and there's a lot to choose from, but the taste and look could be better. Overall, I would recommend Guardian Angel Homes to a friend.

"Clean, Friendly Assisted Living with Small Rooms"
The Guardian Angel Homes Assisted Living community didn't feel like home to me. It seemed more like a hospital. The rooms were tiny, and they're divided by the level of care needed. On the bright side, the place is well-maintained and beautiful, and the staff are friendly.

"Positive Start with Room for Improvement"
We've been here for about six weeks now, and it's been mostly good. Mom likes the food, and there are fun things to do like Bingo, outings, movies, crafts, and live shows. I wish they'd add more exercise options, and it'd be better if they kept in touch with our family more. One thing we really liked is that they take Medicaid, which is why we picked this place.

"Guardian Angel Homes: Well-run facility, slightly pricey but clean and accommodating."
Overall, Guardian Angel Homes seems like a good place. It's well managed and they pay close attention to the patients. The only downside is that it seems more expensive compared to other places. The facility itself is always clean. The staff has been helpful and accommodating. Everyone is friendly and nice. Our experience at Guardian Angel Homes has been pretty good. We haven't encountered any major issues; everything has been going smoothly.

"Guardian Angel Impresses with Open and Spacious Cottage"
It’s been really nice for my family member in the memory care section. I also have another loved one in the assisted living area. The only surprise was that they don’t have skilled nursing 24/7. But the food is good, better than where they were before. Guardian Angel made an effort to meet our special needs. We were very impressed with the cottage where one of our family members stays—it’s open and spacious.

"Not the Best Option for Assisted Living"
This was not the best of the communities that I toured. It was not clean, and most of the staff did not seem to be in a hurry to help. The parking situation was fine. There were also places for residents to go outside if they wanted to. We did not choose to place our loved one in this community.

"Mom's Happy at Guardian Angel Homes"
From the day I first visited Guardian Angel Homes to when our mom moved in, it was just 9 days. The staff has been super helpful and friendly. After the first night, our mom told me she knew she was going to be happy there. She says everyone is very friendly and takes good care of her. They stay in touch with her to help her get used to her new place. My first talk with her since she moved in not even 24 hours yet was very positive and happy. We had to hang up this morning because she was going to "chair dancing" LOL. She's never exercised a day in her life. She was excited about the Lawrence Welk activity this evening. We're praying for her continued well-being while she's at Guardian Angel Home Care.
