This place is only concerned about cash. They didn't monitor my husband's diabetes. His medication wasn't given on schedule. They didn't prep his breathing machine. They only got him out of bed for therapy. It took ages for help after pressing the call button.

"Mixed experience at Meridian Center with great care and minor issues"
Our loved one stayed at Meridian Center for a month during our transition to another community. Overall, Meridian Center did well. They explained the costs clearly. At first, the care was excellent, especially the physical therapy which was why we chose them. Some staff went beyond their duties. It was generally clean, but we had to remind them to clean her room sometimes. There were activities, but she couldn't join. The food was decent, but ordering through staff felt cumbersome. Weekends seemed understaffed. The landscaping was beautiful and well-maintained.

"Inefficient Staff and Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
This place was terrible. They always had some reason for not doing their jobs well. The head company wouldn't lift a finger to help. They kept letting her overeat because they couldn't remember when she last had a meal, leading to her eating almost 5 meals a day. They would misplace her hearing aids and neglect important personal care to the point she got infected. My complaints to the person in charge got me nowhere, and it seemed like the head company couldn't be bothered to care. The staff kept coming and going, and they never seemed properly learned.
