Regency Columbia Village

"The Cottages in Boise evicting elderly residents for renovations."
The Cottages in Boise, Idaho took over the assisted living home where my mom lived, Regency Columbia. Right after my mom moved in, they told her that she would have to move out within 30 days because they were shutting down for repairs. Imagine being 85 years old, starting to forget things, and having to find a new place to live on such short notice! We're scrambling trying to find her a new home, and we're worried about how this stress might affect her health. It's just not fair how they've treated her.

"Friendly staff and nice location, good meal selection"
They recently got new owners, which was a bit rough at first, especially with the paperwork. But the staff is very friendly. They're busy, so it might take a little time for them to get back to you, but they usually do. Our family member likes it there, both the other residents and the help she gets. They have a really good meal selection. And the location is nice, not quite in the foothills but away from the busy city.

"Friendly Staff, Some Staffing Challenges, Overall Recommend"
We picked Regency Columbia Village because they were the only ones available when we needed it. The staff is super friendly, but sometimes there aren't enough people working. Still, I'd recommend them to others.
