"Highly Recommended Assisted Living"

My mom stayed at Syringa Place, a fantastic Assisted Living facility. It was clean, friendly, and the staff was excellent. Although she needed more personalized care, I'd still recommend it to loved ones.

"Friendly Staff, Outdated Décor"

This place is small and has old-fashioned decorations, but the staff is really friendly.

"Clean, friendly staff, but expect a lot of walking inside"

We picked Syringa Place because it was very clean, it’s in a good location, and my mom's home health nurse was the director, so we had a friendly face there. The rooms are a good size and there are different options to choose from. One thing to know is that you have to walk quite a bit to get around inside the facility. The staff is always happy to help by wheeling people around in their wheelchairs and taking them where they need to go. I would recommend this place to others who are looking.

"Well-Recommended Assisted Living with Spacious Rooms and Excellent Food"

We picked Syringa Place because it came highly recommended. When we visited, the administrator seemed very knowledgeable about different levels of care compared to other places we looked at. The rooms here are quite spacious. According to my uncle, the food was really good. I would definitely recommend it.

We visited Syringa Place. The staff was friendly and they showed us their community nicely. It was a clean and well-maintained place. However, we decided on a different community that fit our budget better.

"Friendly Staff and Lovely Community, Memory Unit Needed"

The staff gave us a great tour of the community. They were really friendly and knew a lot about the place. The community itself was nice, and everyone was kind. If they had a memory unit, we would have thought about choosing it for my parents.

"Cozy and Friendly Assisted Living, Perfect for Active Residents"

This community was my top pick, but it wasn't right for me, so I let my loved one decide. It's a smaller place, but very nice and feels like home. It's clean and smells good, and the staff and residents are friendly and seem happy. There are plenty of activities for the residents to enjoy.

Grandma really likes her caregivers. We've been impressed by how they take her for walks, listen to her, and genuinely care for her. We appreciate the afternoon snacks and fresh ice water they deliver to her room. The facility is clean and well maintained, and we enjoy visiting Grandma here.

"Exceptional Care and Special Touches Make It a Great Home"

My father recently passed away after living at Syringa Place for about a year. As an LPN who has worked in an assisted living facility in Seattle for 10 years, I can say my father received excellent care, and the staff went out of their way to make him happy. He was very independent, and he was treated with the respect and dignity he deserved. I would visit and stay with him for days at a time, and both of us were well taken care of. When my father passed away, everyone from the administrator to the maintenance person, nursing staff, and dietary department did everything they could to help my family. Some special moments the staff created for my dad included a great birthday party that many of my family members attended and enjoyed. When my dad noticed his hair was thinning, the beautician even gave him special treatments for his hair. There was also a western day where my dad’s special saddle was displayed, and he felt very honored. My family is grateful for all the care my father received at Syringa Place. Thank you so much!

"Inadequate Staff and Service at Assisted Living Facility"

I got the impression that this place is seriously understaffed and lacks adequate training to provide proper care for senior citizens. Other similar facilities mandate at least sixteen hours of training for their employees. Here, the staff appears to have too much workload like cleaning, cooking, and taking care of residents. It doesn't seem feasible when you only have two people looking after twenty-two residents. Bathrooms aren't consistently tidy, and the laundry handling is a disaster--items are often damaged and not returned promptly or hung up properly. Bed linens aren't returned and prepared for residents either, which is such an inconvenience. It wasn't until we moved to another care home that I realized how below par this facility really was. The difference is like night and day, and surprisingly, the cost at the new place is even less for superior service. Visiting my loved one now, I no longer need to clean, do laundry, change clothes or make beds. I can actually spend quality time with them, which is such a relief.

"Wonderful Care and a Happy Home"

The care my mother gets here has been great. The staff really cares about her and makes sure she gets the help she needs. Whenever she's had health problems, they've always called her doctor and our family. Even when they were short on staff for a little while, the care never slipped. My mom feels happy and at home here. We wouldn’t think about moving her anywhere else.

"A Great Choice for Mom Happy and Well-Cared For!"

My mom is very happy at Syringa Place. She loves the care she gets, enjoys the food, and likes the activities. Every month, there's a themed family night, which we all look forward to. There's also a beauty shop on site that she uses every week, which she says makes her feel great. The caregivers are kind, and the staff has been wonderful, making sure her move was smooth and positive. Overall, choosing Syringa Place for my mom has been one of my best decisions.

"Understaffed Facility With Poorly Trained Employees! Inadequate Care!"

Really don't have anything nice to say about this facility! They're seriously short on staff! The workers aren't well-trained in handling various stages of old age. They need to take care of everything from laundry to cooking, but they can't do these tasks well since there aren't enough of them! The rooms aren’t tidy since they're always missing a housekeeper. This place is too expensive compared to the service you'd get at other locations. I could keep going!

"Unhappy with Broken Promises and Poor Service at Facility"

We've been pretty dissatisfied with our time here. They've promised to do certain things but have fallen short. The staff are constantly exhausted and overworked. The bus has been out of commission since before we even arrived, despite claims that it's getting fixed - well, it’s been over half a year now. The meals are very disappointing, as what's stated on the menu isn't what we receive.
