"Inadequate Staffing and Management Mar Assisted Living Experience"
At first, I thought this facility was perfect for my relative. But after 8 months, I realized a lot was wrong. Management was always missing or had to help because there weren't enough staff members. They also couldn't hold onto employees because the staff-to-patient ratio made it really unsafe for the caregivers. I thought spending a lot of money would mean better care for my family member, but it ended up being a big waste.

"Be Cautious: Assisted Living Owner Prioritizes Profit Over People."
This place looks nice, but the owner only cares about money. They said that for me to get a refund for my Mom's room after she passed away, she needed to have died before the 10th of the month. But they never said that in our agreement. The owner sent a letter a while ago that I don't have anymore, trying to say that was the plan. But you can't just make something up like that in a legal contract. Both sides have to agree on a change and send it to the government. They gave me a bunch of reasons why I couldn't get my money back, even saying it would be used to fix up the room. But I already paid $1000 as a deposit for room repairs. They never actually fix up the rooms when people move out. When you're dealing with losing someone you care about, you shouldn't also have to deal with this kind of stuff. The owner comes across as really fake. So, be careful.
