"Assisted Living Facility Review: Caring Atmosphere, Comfortable Environment, and Friendly Community"
They care about the residents, always greet and ask about activities and how families are. The community is close and friendly. We chose it for Mom because it's beautiful, bright, and the apartments are well-designed. The wide hallways accommodate wheelchairs easily. We enjoyed the food and saw lots of activities and friendly people.

"Not Recommended for Assisted Living"
I think the Care Team at Aspired Living of Westmont doesn't have enough staff. The Management Team is new and sometimes hard to work with. Some staff members are friendly and caring, but others aren't. It seems like nobody is keeping an eye on them. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Aspired Living of Westmont as an Assisted Living facility. The apartments are nice, and there's entertainment during the week, but the food is just okay.

"Warm and Supportive Community at Aspired Living of Westmont"
Both my parents live at Aspired Living of Westmont. The wellness team is excellent! They're smart and kind. I especially appreciate [name removed] and [name removed], the wellness managers. They're always ready to help with any problem. The restaurant staff are friendly and work hard to make sure everyone gets what they need. Reception is helpful too. Overall, it's a pretty good staff here.

"Caring Staff and Fond Memories"
Our dad was one of the first residents at Aspired Living of Westmont when it opened. We were worried about moving him from our family home to an assisted living facility, but we're glad we did! Dad made new friends among fellow residents, staff, and other family members. What set Aspired Living apart was the caring staff—they treated Dad like family. We tried other facilities for his medical rehab, but they weren't a good fit. Sadly, Dad passed away last year, but we still visit his friends and the staff. Lots of fond memories!

"Comfortable Living with Easy Accessibility"
We appreciate the cozy community and the well-designed apartment. The ADA-compliant layout makes moving around easy, especially with the walk-in shower.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Disappointed with Cleanliness and Staffing Issues"
The lobby and common areas are clean, but resident rooms aren't. I'm disappointed in staff. The old CEO left, and the new one cut services. I've only seen an LEA once. I missed two family Zoom meetings. There have been staff cuts affecting care. My loved one was neglected twice. There aren't enough Spanish-speaking staff. Staff cuts have led to reduced care quality. Only one RN for both buildings now. Meds were left out, affecting my loved one's health. Staff cuts are seriously affecting care. Considering better care.

"Bright New Facility with Cozy Rooms and Friendly Staff"
I visited this new place. The rooms were kinda small. Because the windows were small and the walls were dark, the whole place felt gloomy. The staff was friendly though. I didn't see many people living there, so I couldn't ask them if they liked it.

"New Assisted Living Facility Lacks Established Activities, Comfort Level Low"
This place is new in town. It's clean and nice. I heard good stuff about other places like this, but since this one just started, I wasn't sure about putting my loved one here. Maybe if it had been around for a year or so, I'd feel better. I wish they had more stuff going on, like bus trips. It's hard to find anything really wrong with it, but I'd feel better if it was more settled in.
