The front desk is friendly, and the facility is spotless. However, parking can be a hassle. The staff is kind, but communication isn’t always clear. You’ll need to provide everything for your loved one, including special hand soap. Some toiletries are locked up, making it tricky to keep track.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They had some really nice staff, but others weren't helpful at all. The community wrongly accused my family of taking my loved one's hearing aids. Eventually, the staff found them at the nurses' station. One staff member went above and beyond to support my loved one during their stay. Communication with the PT department was good when I could reach someone. The staff was amazing during the intake process, showing genuine care for the residents.

passed away shortly after a psychiatric evaluation ordered by Atria. Communication issues caused stress when family wasn't notified timely, and the facility she was sent to restricted visitors, leaving them unable to contact her for a week.

This place is really nice. The staff is great and friendly. Whenever I visit my loved one, everyone is kind, and the staff calls me by my first name.
