The staff at the assisted living facility is really great. If I could, I would rate them a 10. They are awesome!

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Make sure they can handle a higher level of care for your loved one. Unfortunately, they were no longer able to care for my loved one. Be sure to inquire about staff turnover. On a positive note, it does feel like home. The staff who were there regularly were excellent with my loved one.

"Cozy Home with Caring Staff, No On-Site Doctor"
This place offers Memory Care and Assisted Living. It’s a fancy, old house that’s in good shape. There are just 17 people in Memory Care. Everyone gets meals made from scratch. It feels like one big family. The workers make sure there’s always something to do and help out when it’s needed. They don’t have doctors there, but they’ll point you to a nearby one if you need.

"Mixed Feelings About [Name Removed] Assisted Living Facility"
She was really friendly and nice. She showed us around the place and explained everything clearly. The facility overall was clean and tidy. The staff we met were super nice and helpful. But, getting around by car was tricky because of the location. Some furniture looked old and not so good. Although it felt cozy in some places, others seemed a bit dark and sad.

"Hidden Gem Assisted Living Impressed Us Despite Our Choice Elsewhere"
We were really impressed with this place. It was like finding a hidden treasure! Even though we ended up choosing a different place, this one was a pleasant surprise. If we had started looking a few years earlier when mom was diagnosed, this would have been one of our top choices.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean but Underdelivered Experience"
This place looks clean and tidy, but I'm not sure about the food quality or variety. It feels a bit restrictive, like they're cutting corners. The descriptions they use in ads make it sound better than it really is. Overall, I feel let down. The staff are friendly when I'm there, and they seem to care about the residents. Our experience is only with Atrium Apartments, not Oak Crest.

The staff was really nice during my tour. They showed me around and answered all my questions. I saw some residents finishing lunch, but this place wasn't right for my dad.

During our visit, not much was happening. We didn't see many staff members around. The place felt dim with limited sunlight. Overall, it wasn't the right fit for us. However, the staff we did meet were friendly. We found a more caring community elsewhere.

The cost is high. The building looks great and has character. I found it a bit confusing to navigate. Some areas look fancy, which my family member would like. I'm worried about not seeing all the costs for services since they charge for little things.
