"Pleasant, Clean Community with Small Setting and Excellent Staff"
I would say it is a very nice community. Smaller setting so you know everyone. Very clean and updated. Not a lot of outdoor or walking space nearby.Other than that the director is fabulous and all of the staff are top notch. Rewritten: "It's a pleasant community with a small, friendly atmosphere. The facility is clean and modern, although lacks nearby outdoor space. The director and staff are excellent.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
I'd suggest it, but there are some downsides. The place is pleasant, but they charge extra for everything—like $10 for a meal delivery when you're unwell. On the bright side, they allowed me to keep my 75-pound English Setter, even though the staff isn't as fond of him as the residents.

"A Caring, Hybrid Community"
This place isn’t as sad as a full-on nursing home. It’s like a mix between assisted living and skilled nursing. The staff is caring and does their best. We’re happy we found this spot—it’s a good fit for my mom.

"Assisted Living Review: Good, but Craving More Variety"
This place allows 2-person assistance, perfect for my mom. Monthly themes are great, but more crafts would be nice. Food variety needed (green beans are tiresome).

"Caring and Attentive Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff at this assisted living facility are very friendly and know their residents well. Their nursing services are excellent. They make sure the residents get their medications on time and keep families informed about any concerns.

"Chose Elsewhere Due to Tight Rooms"
We visited Belmont Village on Geneva Road, and it was tidy. The folks working there knew their stuff and were cheerful and they answered everything we asked. I saw there were activities going on in the hallways, as the rooms seemed a bit tight. We picked a different place that better suits our current needs.

"Size and Price Made It the Wrong Fit for Mom"
When I first checked out this place, I was struck by just how huge it was. With so many people living here, my mom would have ended up in a specific group. Their food menu looked really fancy, and their dining area had a stylish, up-to-date look. But all of this came with a hefty price tag and it didn't seem like the right place for my mom.

"Compassionate Care and Friendly Staff at Belmont Village"
My mom lives in the memory care unit at Belmont Village and she’s happy there. The staff and caregivers take great care of her and keep everything clean and organized. She really likes the staff because they are always nice and never talk down to her. The food is good, with fish and sweet potatoes for lunch and dinner. We chose this place because the staff seemed friendly and interacted well with the residents. The only thing my mom doesn’t like is that they take her natural supplements from her room. I know it’s for her safety, but it sometimes upsets her.

"Hidden Fees"
I had a good tour of this place. The staff was friendly and showed me everything. They have nice activities, but the contract had hidden fees. Overall, it's a nice community, but not right for my father.

"Considerate staff, cozy rooms, lively common areas. Outdoor activities encouraged."
This place seems really nice. The person in charge, the executive director, was nice. We're thinking about choosing it. The rooms are a bit smaller compared to other places, but it seems like lots of people use the common areas more, and they want people to hang out outside their rooms.

""Beyond Mom's Needs, But the Price is Too Much""
The extras at this place are more than what Mom requires currently. However, the cost is significantly higher than what we can afford.

"Avoid this facility like the plague."
This place is awful. My mom stays here and it's been nothing but issues. They call me in the dead of night over the tiniest things. I find myself driving there at ungodly hours just because my mom can't sleep. Who doesn't have trouble sleeping sometimes? The head lady is impolite and has a hotheaded personality. I'm trying to find another spot for her.

"Great Care and Activities at Belmont"
I’m impressed with Belmont for a few reasons. They are flexible in helping couples where one person has memory issues and needs extra care during the day. They also show great interest in helping people with Parkinson's Disease. Their creativity and ability to involve residents in different activities are great too.

"Belmont's Care Makes Mom Feel at Home and Happy"
My mom moved in March 1, 2014. We are so happy with Belmont and its amazing staff. The caregivers are incredibly kind and caring, which made her adjustment really smooth. I'm very pleased with how the supportive staff have made my mom feel at home. Belmont offers a variety of daily activities for residents to join. The dining hall is very inviting, and the menu has lots of choices. We're grateful to have my mom in a place where she’s cared for, respected, and treated with so much love and kindness. Thanks to everyone at Belmont for making it a wonderful place for our loved ones.

"Charges increase, staff inadequate but food and activities excel"
When you're trying to pick the right place for your loved one, it seems like it's all good. But then, once your loved one is living there, it turns out they need more care and that's going to cost you more. I thought there would be more caregivers around, but they only check on the residents once an hour. There's not enough staff for the number of residents. The place is clean and the people are nice, but when you press a call button, sometimes you have to wait a long time for them to come. They could do better at communicating. The food is really yummy. There's stuff to do here, but there are major things that need to be fixed.

It was nice. The price was high, but it matched other options. A bit far, but still nice. They made our top three choices.

"Affordable and Exceptional: Belmont Village Assisted Living Review"
I picked this place because it's reasonably priced. It's really nice and well-maintained. The staff is awesome and goes out of their way to help the residents. I checked out about 6 or 7 other places, and the only one that was similar was $1,000 more expensive than Belmont Village. This place offers the best bang for your buck. The food is really tasty and served like a restaurant with a big menu. If you want something special, just ask the staff, and they'll do their best to help you out.

"10-year-old facility, very good condition."
This 10-year-old facility is in great shape. It used to be a 'skilled' place, built to higher standards. The hallways are wide, there are handrails, and emergency call buttons in the bathrooms. I liked the kitchenette idea. The large studio rooms offer plenty of choices. They have a therapy room with programs, and lots of gathering areas. Meals are at set times, but you can't eat in your room unless you're sick. Overall, it's a pleasant place with no odor issues.

"Welcoming, Spotless, Vibrant Tour Experience"
The assisted living facility was welcoming, spotless, and vibrant. Our tour guide was friendly, and the 340 sq ft apartment felt light and airy. The menus were great, with no hidden fees. There was 24/7 nursing care, aides everywhere, cheerful decor, nice window views, and balconies to sit in. The place was adorned with lots of flowers and beautiful landscaping, offering plenty of activities.
