"Family Impressed by Facility, But Location and Price Too High"
Our family visited for a tour and found it great. We liked what we saw, but the distance and cost were too much.

"Respite Care Promise Falls Short"
I visited Brighton Gardens, and I was disappointed. During the tour, they promised respite care for my wife, but later they said she couldn’t stay. It hurt their credibility.

"Location Issue: Nice Facility, but Too Far for Convenience"
The facility was nice, but too far from where we wanted.

"Affordable, Friendly Staff in Less Ideal Location at Assisted Living"
The location isn't great on a busy street, but staff, fully vaccinated, were friendly and open. It offers the best price and room layout combo.

"Neglect and Incompetence Ruin Assisted Living Facility Experience"
My dad lived there for eight months before he passed on. I wouldn't suggest this place at all. We had a few awful incidents. Once, he pulled the emergency cord in the public restroom because he needed help and nobody showed up even after he'd pulled it multiple times, for 30 minutes. This restroom is conveniently located in the main hallway, near the reception and dining room. Another time, he wasn't well and since I had stomach flu, I couldn't go see him. After we called the nurse to check on him and she said she would in a bit, but nobody did, even after repeated calls from my sister and me. I insisted they notify me after checking on him, which didn't happen until 4:30pm, starting from 8am. The nurse said his health signs looked fine but clearly seemed indifferent to my dad's terminal cancer. Please think twice before considering this place. The head nurse seems to be more interested in her puppy she brings to work than her residents. Also, watch your steps because their pet dog leaves accidents around since nobody lets her out when she barks at the door.

"Brighton Gardens: A Friendly Place to Be!"
My mom said she’d never live in an assisted living place, but now she’s there, and it’s going well. She likes most of the staff and the meals. Brighton Gardens isn’t too big, which is good. Sometimes her favorite activity gets canceled for no reason, which is disappointing. But the activity director is super friendly and loved by everyone. I recommend Brighton Gardens.

"Warm atmosphere, fun activities, and great daily events"
This assisted living facility has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The décor is bright and cheerful, and there’s a strong sense of community. They have fun activities like Luau night, Paris night, and Disco night. Daily activities are great too, including meditation, exercise, current events, coupon clipping for those in need, bowling, and religious services.

"Safe, caring community with helpful staff."
My sister likes this place since she moved here. The staff takes good care of her, and she feels safe. No complaints about the move. The sales lady was helpful and professional. We recommend this community.
