"Poor experience after loved one's death, but mom enjoyed stay."

Ensure your loved ones have a cell phone or a way to alert the staff. The office workers were great until my mom passed away, then they wouldn't allow me to go in and find the car title. I wouldn't suggest this facility to anyone. I hate the feeling I have towards it, but my mom was happy there.
