I almost gave Cambridge House of Swansea a 5-star rating, but I can't because ALL the residents complain about the food. It tastes bad and is often served cold. This is really sad and unacceptable. The people who have lived there for a long time say that the food used to be good, but it has gotten worse over time. Before I moved my Mom in, the marketing people told me that the food was great. I feel so sorry for my Mom. I wonder if there's anything that can be done to fix this?

"Residents Complain About Bad Food at Cambridge House"
I would have given Cambridge House of Swansea a 5-star rating except that ALL the residents say the food is horrible. It tastes bad and is often cold. This is very sad and unacceptable. Long-time residents say it used to be very good but went downhill. I was told by marketing before moving Mom in that the food was great. I feel sorry for my Mom. Is there something that can be done?

"Checked Out Cambridge House, Medicaid-friendly but Not Convenient"
Visited the Cambridge House with my sons. It's in a new spot, so that's good. This place primarily supports Medicaid. However, it's not very close to the church or easy to walk around.
