"Mixed Experience at Addington Place Assisted Living Facility"
The people who take care of residents were nice, but the managers weren't friendly. Some care staff didn't want to help residents. We were told one thing by a person named, but it didn't happen. Also, didn't call us back. It would be better if the bosses were available on weekends and someone answered the phones then. The caregivers were good, but the nurses were sometimes good, sometimes not. We chose this place because someone told us good things about it. At first, we thought residents would get one meal delivered to their rooms for free, but we had to pay for it. This place didn't give the care they said they would. They didn't bathe the residents, and they charged for it without telling us. Family had to manage medications unless we paid extra. The people who made the food were nice. Our loved one liked the meals. Other families said this was a good place, but it's not as good since it became Addington Place. The other residents were friendly and kind when we visited.

"Memory Care Unit: Sleepy and Unsettling Experience"
Our family visited the memory care unit in person, and everyone was snoozing in their chairs—not just relaxing, but actually passed out. Overall, we had a bad feeling, and it was a major turn-off.

"Clean and Friendly Assisted Living with Attentive Care and Good Food"
My loved one feels comfortable there. They excel in caring for her. The place is clean and odor-free. The staff is kind and approachable. I haven't tried many dishes, but their fried chicken is tasty, and she's happy with it. Activities are limited due to Covid, mostly bingo and cards.

I think Cedarhurst of Collinsville takes good care of my loved one. The staff is helpful, the food is good, and they keep the place clean. I'd recommend it to others.

I'm happy with my mom's move to this community. The staff is attentive and helpful, and they keep the place clean. The rooms are nice, and the meals are balanced. Nice activities available for residents. Overall, a safe and recommendable community.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Friendly Staff, Great Care for Loved Ones"
My mom is still getting used to living here. She seems to be doing well and has even gained weight and looks healthier. The staff is really nice and caring. They're doing a good job taking care of my mom. They understand my concerns and are proactive. Everyone here is ready to help care for your loved one. I would suggest this community.
