The Villas of South Park Chatham is a lovely place. The staff is very caring and attentive to my loved one's needs. They have many activities available, although not all match his interests. The food is tasty, all prepared on-site, with a good variety; he especially enjoys the desserts.

"Great facility, but high staff turnover and administrator leaving"
The Villas of South Park is a great place, and my mother has been happy there. Sadly, the administrator, leaving for personal reasons. He has been excellent to our family and my mother. He is often seen with the residents, always cheerful and smiling, even when he could be catching up on work in his office. He comes in during his free time to keep things running smoothly and has even stayed overnight when short-staffed. He needs to spend more time with his family, which I understand. I talked with him about how the business and paperwork have increased, making his responsibilities change a lot. He can't do his marketing to keep the census up and still spend the time he wants with the residents. The staff is caring and friendly, though the turnover is higher than I'd like. The CNAs often move on to nursing school, and the RN has been replaced a couple of times.

"Great Care!"
We really liked the people at Chatham Villas of South Park. The place was super clean and neat. My relative has to leave because she needs more help, but they looked after her really well while she stayed.

"Impressive Assisted Living: Parents Happy After Only Weeks"
My folks just moved in here a couple weeks ago, and my sis and I are pretty impressed. So far, Mom and Dad haven't had any problems.
